    Deadlift: 385x4 (done fresh)/ 385x5 after squats and bench press

    Chins bw 7,5,4

    Notes: nice little deload from the end of lp, weights moved fast and easy. Chins are weak, will do twice a week Monday and Friday with the power snatch on Wednesday.

    Chins always suffer when preceeded by the press.
