On vacation in PS.
Yesterday:
Squat 295x1; 255 2x5
Bench 190x3; 185 4x3
DL 305x1; 265x5
Easing back in to a HLM with one rep @7.5-8 to start. The equipment for bench was not ideal (narrow bench, strange safety setup, etc) so I backed off slightly from planned 190 5x3 when the intensity on the first set was way too high. Since I’m on vacation I took the sets back for squat; don’t want to golf totally sore.

Press easy. DL verrry grindy. Could be the late night last night.

Scheduling complications are pushing me into a 4-day LP split of sorts.
Bench was super grindy. Press was not bad at all, tough-ish but fine.

Squat form is breaking down. Not good. DL was tough but no problem.

Bench was very tough. Same with press but slightly easier than bench.
