    On the road training in a shitty GoodLife gym, bars were super slick. Dropped 5 lb off the bench as my hands were slipping and I wanted to not die.

    Low back is fried.

    Ffs. Travelling to east coast and back probably didn’t help but I’m still disappointed here with the DL. 5 Rep pr though and it was pretty easy.
