2017-08-17 - Thurs (Bench emphasis)

Feelz: Mentally felt like crap... migraine from work and lack of sleep. Physically ok, I think.

- Increase to 275/215 next time

- Increase to 115 next time
- Brought hand hold 0.5-1" closer than before based on watching Jordan's training video; no problems with the change, if anything may have felt better on the shoulder

Feelz: Tired/headache coming home from work - pretty typical
Squat: 45x8, 135x5, 225x5, 315x2, 365x1, 405x1, 445x1 @8.5 [PR], 370x5x5
- Today nothing felt light... felt like target intensity
- Repeat same weight next week (or bump 2.5lbs if rest has been adequate, feeling good, etc).
P. Bench: 45x8, 135x4, 185x4, 220x4x6
- Either repeat or go 222.5 next time if squat goes easy
RDLs: 135x7, 225x7x6
- Used a 28 or 28.5mm bar to help with grip

2017-08-24 - Thurs (Bench emphasis)
Time: 80-mins
Feelz: Felt ok going in, felt better/stronger/better concentration as the session went on.
C. Bench: 45x8, 135x5, 185x3, 225x1, 255x1, 275x1 @ 9, 215x5x6
- 275 felt like an @9, upon inspecting the video, looked the bar path was off (repeat next time?)
- Added an extra set of 215, since it's only an extra ~2-3 mins and RPE is still around the same @8 ish. Increase to 217.5 next time.
P. Squat: 45x8, 135x4, 225x4, 315x4x6
OHP: 45x7, 95x7, 115x7x6
- Increase to 117.5 next time, these are starting to feel good

Feelz: Really tired/exhausted; just came back from vaca, didn't even know if I had the energy to pull this off. Switched up the program today, so I can DL on Thurs, since I've missed a bunch of Saturdays and will be leaving again on Fri. Wanted to do more exercises, but had family plans.

2017-09-06 - Wed (Squat emphasis)
Time: 75-mins
Feelz: Shit! My dog had an emergency operation while on vacation, so I had no sleep, didn't eat well, etc. Today was one of the toughest workouts in a while... just felt weak, several times light headed, etc. Mentally elsewhere, concentration is completely off.
Squat: 45x8, 135x5, 225x5, 315x2, 405x1, 425x1, 447.5x1 @ 9+, 372.5x5x4
- High RPE for the single because the movement just felt foreign
- Wasn't feeling it at all, dropped a set
P. Bench: 45x10, 135x4, 185x4, 220x4x6
- Left shoulder pain from last week
- Repeat same weight next week; don't think pauses were long enough on the first set or two
RDLs: 45x7, 135x7, 225x7x6
- Hamstrings were very tight to start; after 1 or 2 sets was able to get decent stretch

Feelz: Meh... mentally tired, physically ok. Played tennis for a couple of hours during the day. No clue how much energy that took?

Feelz: Good. Made a drastic change to my diet due to blood test results. Hope I can continue to gain weight. Not sure how this will impact my training.
