This is going to be the start of my intermediate log. Currently, my only intermediate lift is the squat - which I just started on intermediate programming. My previous Starting Strength log (where my squat was and all my other lifts are currently) is located here.

    Stats
    Sex: Male
    Age: 24
    Weight: 222 pounds
    Height: 5'10"
    Training Age: 6 Months

Current plan is - to the best of my knowledge, a Texas Method-esque program with the below template:

Saturday: Intensity day 5RM and maybe a back off. Starting at 370 to dissipate some accumulated fatigue.
Monday: Volume Day: 4 sets of 5 for the first few weeks moving to 5 sets of 5 once less fatigued. Starting at 325
Wednesday: Light day. 3 sets of 5 starting at 295.

    12-18-17
    Squat: 325x5x4

    1-3-17
    Press Intensity
    Press: 150x5 142.5x5x2
    Bench: 200x5x4
LTE: (bar+50)x10x3, intro weight to practice and learn the movement.

Probably not what most people would consider an intensity press session, but I'm probably not a true intermediate on the press at this point so more of a hybrid intensity and volume session.

Went for a 5 pound jump on bench as perscribed by le coach. Couldn't get it but there were form issues.

Dalton, what's the thinking behind having the 2 days rest after light day rather than after intensity day?
