Thanks! I know right, seeing stuff like that is always a rude awakening when I'm being lazy!

It's definitely time to start deadlifting every 3rd workout again. Lifted with Long Island City Spring Challenge 2017 first place winner. Both me and Lauren were tired but we did together what we couldn't do alone. Videos of our squats and presses on our instagrams.

I fucked up my neck sleeping wrong the other night and I have to see Ryan tomorrow morning for coaching. This...is going to be interesting...

I'm glad I'm squatting again but it's been bothering my hip and it was too irritated to deadlift. Presses went really well but then I realized that I was pressing more two months ago and got really frustrated.

On a more positive note, as long as I don't skip any more sessions and I don't get hurt again in the next two months, I think I will do better at this next meet than I did at the last two.

I'm pretty excited now that the fall classic is right around the corner. Time to make some gainzzzz!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't grind out any reps in the next two months. None. Not a single fucking one. If you have to miss a rep count, so be it. No. Fucking. Grinders.

    Save them all for competition.
Thanks! I will only believe that when I place first in a SS meet though ^_^

Yeah Ryan says the same thing. I have learned those are wise words to heed.
