pull-a-thons are great!!
pull-a-thons are great!!
Too many pulls. One set of deadlifts is plenty, and especially not after SGDL! Hope your hip heals up soon. Any idea what's going on there?
I dunno :-( I broke my hip almost 4 years ago and had to get surgery, so there is a lot of scar tissue and weakness in the muscles they had to cut for the surgery. My hip hasn't bothered me in AGES and now all of the sudden it started flaring up again. I did notice though that stretching helps it, and scar tissue is less elastic than normal tissue, so I guess I'll be stretching it a bit more and hope that helps.
I'm doing snatch grip deadlifts instead of squats because I can't squat cuz my hip, and pause deadlifts instead of power cleans.

Deadlifts definitely could have been cleaner so I'll be going for doubles next week.
Cable pullthroughs made my hip feel a little better so I'll prob keep messing around with those in the meantime.
