    What's your Press goal for the strengthlifting meet? Since they use kilo plates, it would be cool to see 2 blues on the bar. But since they have to use 2.5kg collars, 2 blues would be 65kg, or 143 pounds.

    Ahhh I didn't even realize that! You're right!! I just want to get as close to 135lb as possible!! May the Lord be with me...

    That's such a coincidence! I just saw this video by that name in the SSC Q&A, because someone posted the same question in 2 forums.

    The guy on the throne looks like Tom Hanks.

    I messed around with cable pull throughs, chin ups, and rows before I finally decided to squat. Everything felt heavy by the end of my workout but my guardian angel urged me not to give up. And now I'm squatting again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wooo I hope this is something I can keep doing and that it wasn't just yesterday where my hip happened to feel okay. I will probably keep squatting at the end of my workout though, just in case it hurts my hip again.
