I messed around with cable pull throughs, chin ups, and rows before I finally decided to squat. Everything felt heavy by the end of my workout but my guardian angel urged me not to give up. And now I'm squatting again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wooo I hope this is something I can keep doing and that it wasn't just yesterday where my hip happened to feel okay. I will probably keep squatting at the end of my workout though, just in case it hurts my hip again.
