I noticed I need to press forward into the ground instead of down when I'm benching cuz pressing down bothers my hip. I didn't want to go down in weight, but I also didn't want to ask someone to spot me since I hated everyone at the gym at the time, but I also didn't want to struggle and lose focus on my leg drive. Hence the 8 doubles instead of five triples or anything else.

Ryan prescribed an intensity day of doubles today. Two weeks before SS Fall Classic.
I never attempted 265 in the gym so it's a gym PR, although all time PR is 275 at last year's fall classic.
For the press, I hit a PR and then broke it. I never pressed 115 in the gym and I missed it TWICE in the Spring Challenge. Today I hit it for a double. And then I hit 117.5 for a double. Praise God Almighty!!!!!!!!!!!
By the time it came to deadlift I was falling asleep on myself and crashing from a lot of caffeine and not enough food. So I called it a day at 300 even though I was supposed to do a double at 305.
