Rack Pull

Squats felt pretty good. The last set actually looked and felt better than the subsequent sets. I really dialed my form in and focused. First set for the Rack Pull I had to keep adjusting and fucking with my straps. Still trying to get accustomed to the new ones. The set felt harder than it needed to be ( due to me fucking with my grip/ straps) so I decided to pull a second set. Although difficult, I managed to get all 5 reps, and my grip felt better. We’ll see how I recover from this. I might’ve fucked around and done two weeks worth of DL work lol.
