I wasn’t feeling it today, just decided to take a rain check on the other half of the workout. Been doing a lot of painting at work in the heat, and I think it took its toll on me today, as much as I hate using this as an excuse. Went home and ate pizza and drank a beer.

Warmed up, was supposed to pull 600x5. Couldn’t even move it off the pins lol. Ironically I pulled 600 from the floor about a month ago. It’s like that sometimes I guess.
