I don’t know what in the proper fuck happened to my press this week. Last week I hit 152.5x8, and only managed 5 reps with 155 last night. Will try it again next week and see what happens. I’ve had flukes like this with my press before. I’ve also experienced having several weeks of good progress just suddenly come to a screeching halt.

Played around with some bench tonight. Although the movement feels absolutely stale( haven’t touched in nearly 4 years), it was pain free, and the weight moved pretty well. May try to LP it and see what happens.
