First time that I’ve actually failed a squat in 4 years. I had the 8th rep at least half way up, but I just was so damned fatigued from the previous sets. My tolerance for work capacity sucks right now. But, I’ve only been back training for 8 weeks, and my all time best 8RM is 410 IIRC, so I’m still happy with the 375x8x2.
