This was actually a small PR for my squat, I had previously handled this load for only 4 sets during my previous cycle. Press is coming along ok, been using the old 1.0 method of resting at the top of each rep during subsequent reps, feel as if I have plenty of room to grow, I also feel that I can brace my abs tighter. Rack Pulls were heavy, but I have very good leverages for this exercise.

Missed my light Squat day, went forth to my medium day load and still managed to get the reps. This ties my PR for 5 reps. Also I believe this is a PR for chins since weighing over 230. Hopefully overloading my chins each week will have a little carry over to my press as well.

New PR for singles across! Fumbled my haltings around to the point that my grip was a bit narrow, my wrists were dragging against me on the way up. I was strapped in, so couldn't adjust my grip. Probably pulled each rep a bit forward of midfoot as well, but I managed to get that eighth rep above my knee cap. Those motherfuckers tax the hell out of me.

Kind of felt yucky. Didn't sleep well the night before and felt kind of achy. Fumbled around on my second set of press trying to change some things. Did an extra set of five to make up for that. I'm not a rank novice running LP for the first time, so hopefully it doesn't effect anything. Got 9 on my first set of chins, but only managed 7 on my last set. Last week it was 3 sets of 8, so I really didn't gain anything.
