Not a very good session. Felt pressure/tightness in my lower back during my first set of squats. Maybe my lower back was just fatigued from the big PRs last week, or maybe I should've took a deload week. Missed my press, think I'm going to reset and run it up one more time, keeping my technique consistent. I've changed my style up way too much over the last month or so. Warmed up for the rack pull, couldn't even pull my last warm up, so yea, my back is taxed.

Finally got to squat a weight that actually felt relatively "light ", felt damn good. A measly 1lb PR on the press for reps/sets, I'll take it from the jealous,fickle bitch.

Debated on rather or not to even train today. Good friend of mine who I haven't seen in years spontaneously dropped in from Colorado the night before. I Was up late and still had to wake up early for work. Felt like shit all day long. Maybe just an excuse for being a pussy for not grinding those presses out for fives, I'll give them another shot come Sunday.

Back is still pretty messed up, could really tell on the rack pull. Press sucked again, think I'm going to reset and run it back up once more while tweaking a few things with it.

Back is still fucked around, don't think the BB rows from Thursday helped. Ironically squats felt pretty good, rack pulls are screwed around.
