Everything felt great today from the very first warmups for my squat. I love when I have sessions like this, but it seems they are scarce these days. Great volume PR on my squat, going to deload to triples next week. Next press workout will be a 1.5lb PR, I’m pretty confident that I can manage it, and maybe a little more. Finally got the rack pull back on track, and boy, this was an intense set of 5. I was literally seeing stars at the top of the last rep, had to take a knee for a moment after sitting the bar back to the pins.
