Bradley Gish on Instagram: "Finished the last workout of this year off with some not too awfully bad training. Although I didn’t hit any new PRs this year on any of the big lifts, I did manage to maintain a high percentage of my peak level strength. I had a lot of stress to manage in my personal life outside of training this year and I tried to be consistent as possible. Although I value physical strength, training is not my biggest priority. I lift in order to live, not the other way around.
