But they are right where they need to be. I just have big quads 😉. Gym shorts don’t do me any Justice either, but oh well. That’s what I’m used to wearing. Strict presses are getting difficult. But that’s ok. Decided to add some pulling volume with RDLs. Did some heavy rack pulls earlier this week.
