    Well that was an interesting experiment in pushing the weight. All the 5th reps were layback grinders, leaving me not sure this one was such a good idea. However the press was getting jealous of the bench gains of late so there you go.

    Felt like total shit, back was sore as hell after bench, was going to call it a day. Then I thought, fuck I don't want to be out here that long tomorrow, so I manaed to get through the first couple warmups. And it all felt a little better. And it all kept feeling a little more better (ha grammar) with every warmup set and before I knew it I was on to the work sets.

    Adductor bitchy at times, but no trouble,
    Been having a lot of left knee pain the past week. It feels like it's in the joint behind the kneecap. However, it felt good while squatting.
