Felt like crap since last deadlift & back has been sore & was thinking to start alternating with volume today. However, as warmups went swimmingly and video showed everything looking good, stuck with the plan & they went up just fine. Maybe the extra rest day yesterday helped.

Just as I was getting over a hellish respiratory virus I got strep throat. That was horrible. Now after several days of antibiotics I'm functional once more.
