    As a public service, I must say I have discovered an eminently useful reason to front squat. If you want to pick someone up off the floor and hold them up while having sex, in addition to having pulled heavy being useful in the "hold them up" department, it turns out this maneuver is very quad centric. Very. Quad. Centric. You're welcome.
