I can hardly believe it's only been a month. Feels like two since I last lifted.
Had to move after covid-panic job cut & subsequent pay cut made paying rent impossible. Yes, being strong made a tremendous difference in all the heavy lifting and carrying needed to do so. Yes, I have far too much stuff. No, I don't want to ever do that again.
Can't find my shoes, but they must be around here somewhere. Lifting barefoot for now.

Tweaked the shit out of my right lumbar this morning moving the plates from the far garage to the platform inside. As in, could barely stand or move due to the pain. It had been a little sore all week as my residual strength started to fade in earnest and I kept bending over to pick up or move sort of heavy things and assembled the platform & rack. Anyway...squat didn't hurt it more, but didn't make it feel any better either. Deadlift made it pain-free by the time I was done. Not permanently, unfortunately, but at least I can get around the yard and not look like a frail old man now.
