We did a concrete pour all afternoon on Monday. Much more enjoyable than squatting.

On the first work set, the plates on the bar hit one of the plates on the storage rack at the bottom of the last rep, the bar bounced a bit forward, and I couldn't recover. Otherwise these went fine.

Yeah, I was feeling pretty good about today's chins until I got on the scale.
Spent the afternoon on a roof helping a guy shingle. Guess I was a bit worn after all that squatting and standing so I bailed after one set.
Got started really late, so we skipped curls.
