Well damn, was supposed to do 3x5 but there was no way. It's often been the case that warmups feel slow or heavy and then the work sets go up just fine, but not today. The work sets were damn hard and I just didn't have it.

As shitty as the presses were on Monday, these were good. First 2 were no problem at all, and the 3rd would have been if I had stayed in the groove. But, I brought the bar down too slow and it got off track a little coming back up, which slowed things way down. Anyway, I sure was pleasantly surprised how these went today.
