    2nd rep in that 4th set got away high & after saving it there was nothing left for another. Was actually surprised I got 3 on the next set. Added another to get all the reps and the first one was easy enough that I added a second, which turned out to be hard as hell.

    Back was good on all reps this time, a welcome improvement. However, depth was inconsistent and several were an inch or so high.

    Shit form on last rep of work set 2 = big fail. Set 3 good form all the way through no problem. Planned 3 for set 4 and they weren't hard so went for one more, which was hard but ground it up anyway.

    Focusing on keeping a good arch, as I've had problems. In these, 3 & 4 got progressively harder, but then I had good focus for the last one and it felt the easiest, and moved the best, of all 5.

    4th set was a bonus round where 2 was the goal, and tried a 3rd but it got stuck just above my head, which was a sticky point on all 3rd reps today.

    155x6,6,7 paused 3-0-3 - 7 because I lost count in the 3rd set & didn't want to wuss out 1 rep short
    On video, still having the same problems with back tightness in the hole & depth. Narrowed my stance about 1/2" which seemed to have fixed the depth problem by the 3rd set, and hard concentration on maintaining back position also cleaned that up by the 3rd set. Now, just need to do those things from the get go.

    Skipped chins, as it got late & I'm kind of tired of them for now.

    Same old issues, but did a good job with them on the work sets today.

    First 3 reps of all sets moved really well but all the rep 4s suddenly got hard enough it felt pointless to try for 5. Missed R4 of that last 6th set. Been kinda low energy on bench the past 2 workouts. Probably not very well recovered from last week's heavy bench & press days, and I'm sure not benching first off prolly has something to do with it also.
