    Decided to see what happens if I push through the initial adductor tendon pain with the empty bar and see what happens. It didn't exactly go away, but it did get better and wasn't really a problem with a little weight. No worse as I enter this, so it's good so far.

    These felt easy enough and moved so well they left me wondering if I should have done more reps or another set or something. I guess that's a good thing.

    The wrists still seem ok with the mostly wide grip on the curl bar, which is good because using the barbell caused a lot of problems.

    Yes indeed, +5 now. Both the effort involved at the time and now the recovery are telling me that is the correct choice.

    Progress of a sort, I guess. Adductor has been a little sore since last time but this doesn't seem to have made it any worse.

    Have been feeling pretty good about the presses lately and thought I'd try a +5. It worked out well. 1st set was no problem, and bar speed was good on the other sets even if the 3rd reps did get kinda hard.

    Dunno why I did +10 on these today, but it worked out well. Low back was hurting quite a bit after benching, but was a hell of a lot better by the time I got to these work sets.

    Took an extra day because I really aggravated the adductor tendon Sunday night. On the bright side, I now know what position caused the problem in the first place.

    Well isn't that special. Last time at the higher weight I had the thought I could have done 3s instead of 2s but was too chicken to go for it. First set today the 2nd rep moved so well I was certain I could get a 3rd. I had briefly considered a +5 here today but I guess I'm a chicken shit because I probably could have with doubles.
