Useful data about me I'm 26 male, 5'6", 184 lb, unemployed, I sleep 10 hours a night on average, sometimes 18, and I'm not looking for work too hard.

I'm going to eat meat, carbs, fruit, and veggies and dairy. I'm going to shoot for 4500 calories per day.

Week 1 Day 3 Light Day
Squat 185x5x2

Chinups bw. (186 lb) x7x3
I'm going to bump up the calories a bit.
I want to specify something I train at home so I'm able to space out the sets like if I'm doing Chinups for multiple sets to failure and don't want the reps to fall off.
Even with spacing the sets out the workout was pretty quick.
