    Had an unexpected sharp pain in the right shoulder on the first empty bar warmup set. Wtf? Decided to keep going to see if it would work itself out, and it was gone by the first work set. But it sure was weird.

    This is why we can't have things like a nice squat. As I approached the hole in that last rep I felt a pop and a sharp pain in the left adductor origin area where it's been injured before. It had been a little painful on and off the past couple weeks. All I could see on video was that I descended a little faster than usual.
