    Ah, that was damn satisfying. Reps 1-3 were smooth & speedy, but for 4-5 my shoulders went up faster than my hips, mostly due to mental issues I believe.

    I decided fuck it, let's see how far we can go on singles today instead of the planned doubles at 185. Had a weak hip thrust on the 205 and it only went to just over my head. Based on how 195 went, which was a little slow in the middle but no problem really, I though I could get 205 with a really good press. Unfortunately, it was not really good.
