    Greetings swan. just wanted to tell you what a help your thread is to me.
    i'm friggin old, and a whole body twice a week is all i can manage to recover from.
    it's nice to see someone achieving so well on a relatively limited frequency.
    the main difference between us is that you load my max on both ends of your bar.
