Had some vacation hiking around in yellowstone a couple days this weekend. Was great, but did feel the elevation quite a bit. And 14hr days on the road there & back did not feel good.

125x1 - felt a pop and sharp pain in right adductor at the bottom of rep 2 so dumped the bar and stopped with the squatting. It only feels a little sore now, but we'll see how it goes the next couple days as usual.
