Did something over the weekend to tweak my back, low on the ribs to the right. Didn't feel like much, except to notice it was a little sore. It remained a little sore through warmups, then erupted into a searing pain during the first 405 rep. Indeed, I was concerned, as it hurt like hell all last night and into the morning. By tonight, however, after a steady supply of vit I, it's not much worse than the dozen other sore bits I normally have. So, maybe it'll turn out to be not so bad.

Whatever the back thing was on Monday, it's mostly gone now. Felt it a little more here than in squats, but hell I don't know it's not really a problem now.
