    BW squat, more or less, again, finally.

    I've had a trainee the past few months, 51yo female, maybe 5'4". Today she squatted 132.5x5x3, which is probably about BW for her as well. Of course I don't "know" for certain, because, well, never ask a woman her weight. Especially when you live with her. :-)
