    The plan was to hit 316x1x3 for a little 1lb pr, but 285 flew up so I went for 320. And it went up smooth and easy, so I'm sure I had at least a few more lbs in me if not another 5 on that rep. The second rep was nearly a grind and I felt crushed by it, so I said fuck it that'll do time for a small break anyway.

    Not bad for a 55yo geezer on 1 hour sleep the night before, eh?
