Take care of yourself! I finally got my equipment in the safety trailer at the rig.. did a quick workout at 1:30am. My schedule will be a bit weird in the beginning, but I'm happy to finally get it going! 💪🏽

SQ (Intensity): 300x5. New 5RM. Much better than the last two sessions. Seems to be all about form.
OHP (Intensity): 145x5. New 5RM.
DL: 365x5. New 5RM. Jumped up 10 pounds so it didn't feel easy, but the bar had good speed.

BP (Volume): 210x5x5. No problems.
BP (BBB): 120x10x5. Big pump.
Chins: 8, 9, 9. Last rep was a big tough. Rep PR.

SQ (Volume): 275x5x5. Hard. Always hard.
Rows (Volume): 125x5x5. Light, but back was bothering me a bit, so I was happy to be that light. Pulled from the floor as Rip recommends. Will go up 10 lbs. next time.

SQ: 305x5x3. New 5RM. First set was terrible, but I got better after that. Again they felt terrible, but the bar speed was fine. I think squats scare me a bit. I want to get through them as fast as possible. As Tom Campitelli said to me in his critique of my form, "Suffer." I think there is wisdom there. Just need to embrace the suffer and be fine with a grind if it is necessary. No big deal.
BP: 232.5x5x3. New 5RM. Didn't have the bench centered correctly on the first set and the weights hit the uprights. That can make things a bit difficult.
Chins: 9, 9, 9. Rep PR. Tried for 10 on the last set and failed.

SQ (light): 215x5x3.
OHP: 147.5x5x3. New 5RM. Wasn't easy, but no real problems.
DL: 375x5 @ 9. New 5RM. Was only planning on getting 370 lbs., but it seemed silly to only be 5 lbs. from 3 red plates. It was definitely hard but the bar speed stayed okay.

SQ (Medium): 260x5x3
BP: 235x5x3. New 5RM. Felt good. Love hitting new PRs.
BP (BBB): 135x10x5. Last rep got tough.
Row: 135x5x3. The weight isn't tough, but the position is awkward.

SQ (Heavy): 310x5x3. New 5RM. Hard, but the bar speed seemed to still be good. Always working on form, but can't let those concerns keep me from blasting hard out of the bottom. Drive, drive, drive...with the hips.
OHP: 150x5x3. New 5RM. Last 5 reps were the best. "No excuses," is what I told myself beforehand. On the margin, it is definitely a mental game.
OHP (BBB): 85x10x5. Tough. Good pump.
Chin-Ups: 9, 9, 9. First time I haven't been able to increase one rep. I think I need to add weight to push the reps down to the 4-6 range.
