    98 kgs. Started getting a flu/cold on Thursday. Didn't lift on Friday. Feeling like shit.

    Squat 5x5 - 140 +

    Wednesday
    Dead 3x1 - 200 +
    Romanian 3x3 - 70 +

    Started getting sick during the week.
    Kept it light, followed by 2 weeks rest.

    Monday
    Bench 5x5 -
    Squat 5x5 - 140 +

    Wednesday
    Dead 3x1 - 200 +
    Overhead 3x5 -
    Romanian 3x3 - 70 +

    Friday
    Squat 3x5 - 170 +
    Bench 3x5 - 90 +

    Week 11 & 12
    REST
