    Press - 185x5x1 - not my best presses, rep 5 was a grind, I don't think I was as tight on 4/5 as I was 1/2/3

    Bench - 230x5x4 - not sure when I learned how to bench, but I like it. These all moved solid and smooth, I think my bench is finally going to move again...

    Rows - 190x5x3 - these went nicely minus the time I blasted my knees with the bar... oops...

    Deadlift - 415x5x1 - revisited my 5RM and I think I've made an improvement. The epiphany happened when I realized I've been setting up with my knees locked back, didn't notice I was doing it. I think its been distorting the actual distance from shin to bar, putting me too close. With this "new" positioning it felt easier to stay midfoot, though to be fair rep 5 I did get back on my heels.

    Squat - 325x5x4 - spent some time with my good friend TUBOW during the warm ups and boy was it worth it. They were not all excellent, and I cut depth too short on a few, but the first set was gorgeous. First rep specifically was textbook. I'm gonna keep TUBOW in the warm ups for a while and really drill this in...

    Loaded Carry - 175x3x2 - these improved since last week. The picks got better, and the pace was faster. I wasn't completely wiped out by the very end, so I'll take it. My conspiracy brain is convinced this bag is actually heavier than 175, because I think the sand is damp, but I have no good way of proving it at the moment lol

    Squat - 360x5x1 - managed to unlearn everything I drilled in a few days ago by the work set. Warm ups looked very nice and then 360 completely fell apart on me. Very frustrated.

    Deadlift - 370x5x2 - not bad, not like excellent. Experiment 2.0 pulling in olys. Still on the fence as to whether the help/hurt or don't do anything.

    Power Cleans - 175x3x3 - I'm doing an ass job on the jump, but to be honest these were a few of my better sets as of late...

    Press - 187.5x5x1 - SMOKED EM. Last time I pressed this weight was almost exactly a month ago and rep 5 took a full 10 second grind to lock out. These moved super fast.

    Bench - 235x5x4 - these were moving nice and steady. Only thing I can't seem to fix is my wrist extension...

    Rows - 195x5x3 - need to make some adjustments next week, touching a little higher than I should be (still new to these). Straps help immensely.

    Deadlift - 420x5x1 - moved very nicely, kicked the bar forward a bit on 5 but other than that I was super happy

    Squat - 330x5x4 - inconsistent crappy squats, last set wasn't awful... I need to do better...

    Carry - 175x2x3 - putting less resting between carries here, feels like murder lol

    Squat - 365x3x2 - squats didn't suck! One or two reps may have been a touch high, but mostly they were nice. 365 moved nicely too...

    Deadlift - 375x5x2 - SOLID, I think these may finally be coming together for me...

    Cleans - 180x3x3 - well it couldn't be a perfect day, these sucked. I'm no good at timing the jump, worse at executing it, and these were a total mess.

    Press - 190x5x1 - haha yes... 190 was there. Last rep went a smidge forward so it slowed just a bit, but definitely wasn't a grind by my standards...

    Bench - 237.5x5x4 - not much to say, all felt nice and solid...

    Rows - 200x5x3 - had to move my touch point down a bit which made the first two sets feel kind of awkward, but by 3 I was getting the hang of it...
