    Press - 210x2, 2, 0 / 187.5x5 - what a shit show, was aiming for a triple when rep 3 ground to a halt, second set rep 2 was a slow grind and no way 3 was happening, and the last attempt was an all out fail... pretty sure I got on my toes, got it about 80% and fought it for a while... racked it an almost blacked out. Back off set FLEW UP like it was a light warm up though. Weird day for the press.

    Bench - 257.5x5x4 - Honestly I was a touch worried after how the presses went but these were smooth and consistent across the board.

    Rows - 240x5x3 - ended putting a bit too much "English" into these by the last set... chalk it up to frustration from earlier lol

    Squat - 405x2x2 - man, what am I doing here. These were supposed to be triples and probably could have been but I let my back go soft and then I'm lifting my chest out of the bottom like a dope. Two absolute grinding dog fights that ended up with me getting stapled. Gonna fix this Friday and have a rematch next Tuesday...

    Deadlift - 415x5x2 - thought these went well enough, pulling on the new bar is nice...

    Deficit DL - 375x5x2 - same here other than that I may never get used to setting my back on a deficit lol

    Good deal man. I'm still hoping to get my 4-wheel squat in December. Currently did a top set of three reps last week at 370 and this week starting doing singles, so I did 375 for one rep. Was pretty easy-ish.

    My deadlift was a shitshow. Have low-back rounding issues so we dropped the weight. No matter how many cues the coach gave, it didn't flatten out even though I"m almost passing out from the squeeze. Saw a coach in person again as to not try to be a snowflake, and the low-back is still a problem.

    Managed to find a way to set up a bit differently during the deadlift to give the hammies some slack. It worked on my deficit deads Monday, so trying this again on my heavy singles today to see if the back is better.

    You're getting strong as fuck man. It's inspiration. Keep at it!
