Notes: Squats were smooth as glass, but cleans were a shit show. I've developed an arm pull, both with snatch and clean. It occurs right before the jump, after the bar passes the knees. Today I focused on jumping with straight arms. Although I can impart more force into the bar now, it has changed my timing of the pull, and I had lots of trouble racking the bar. For now, I'm going to reset the power clean numbers and sub out cleans for the snatches. This way I can practice/train the clean twice a week while I sort out this arm pull/timing BS. Thankfully the other lifts are going well.

Notes: I am new to delaoding for any of my lifts (previously I have only "reset" stalled lifts). Deadlift set of five was slower than last week's final set of five at 430, and felt like crap. I think this means I'm doing it right. Looking forward to next week.
