(Could not break 440 off the floor more than an inch, even though I felt fine training today. It's clear that I fucked up my DL programming with this cycle, even though the other lifts are going great. From here, I will repeat a weekly 5 rep LP to reset this mess. I'm thinking that my weight gain will help break my old PRs. Once that is exhausted, I will probably cycle reps, as that worked great in the previous cycle).
