    (Could not break 440 off the floor more than an inch, even though I felt fine training today. It's clear that I fucked up my DL programming with this cycle, even though the other lifts are going great. From here, I will repeat a weekly 5 rep LP to reset this mess. I'm thinking that my weight gain will help break my old PRs. Once that is exhausted, I will probably cycle reps, as that worked great in the previous cycle).

    Notes: haven't gotten appropriate sleep the past four days and it's taken its toll. Squats went ok but had to switch the DL game plan and pull three singles in short succession. Will do a 5 rep next week.
