Prowler: ~ 40 yards x 4 (+90 lbs) - with about 90 seconds rest
Started doing 3 lb jumps on the bench. Weight is still going up smoothly, but the last few reps @ 225 slowed down just enough to switch to smaller jumps. I forgot how much fun prowler work is, so I rewarded myself with an ice bath when I got home.

Well, this was an interesting training session. There was a light storm in the area while I was at the gym, and as I was getting ready to do my last working set of squats, the gym lost power, and we were kicked out of the facility since the back up generators didn't kick in. Luckily, one of the employees let me finish my last set of squats, with just two flashlights coming out of our phones. It definitely added another layer of difficulty the movement. After that, I scooted over to a nearby gym and finished my workout.

Well, I was home sick this past week from Monday to Wednesday with flu-like symptoms, so I missed my heavy day on Tuesday. I still wasn't feeling 100% on Thursday, so I did a modified medium day:

I'm going to do my light day tomorrow and then do my heavy day on Monday with the same weight from my last heavy day.

DL: 395x4x1 (fail) ... Welp, that would've been a new 5RM. I barely got the fourth rep, and the fifth one wouldn't budge. I'll go fo it again next time, and KILL IT!
Training this week on M/W/F instead of T/Th/S due to the holiday. I repeated my heavy day yesterday, 11/20 since I completely missed it last week
