I wasn't feeling too great today, and although the first set went up, I was going for four sets of 5 across. I'm going to switch to top set of 5 plus 4 back-off sets starting next heavy workout.
Inc. B: 192.5x4 (fail); did 155x8x2 afterwards to get some work in
I was going for 3 sets of 6 here, but failed on my first set. I definitely shouldn't be failing on this exercise yet, so I'm going to back the weight off a little bit and do sets of 8
PCs: 192.5x3x2, 2; missed the first rep of my third set, but got the last two reps in.
I'm in PR territory for PCs, so I'll just retry this weight next time and hopefully I'll get all my reps
