    Press: 45x5x2, 75x5, 105x3, 135x2, 170x3x5

    Deadlift: 135x5, 205x5, 275x3, 335x2, 400x4, missed last rep.

    I missed the last rep due to just being fatigued and not being able to get tight enough.

    Deadlift: 135x5x2, 225x3, 315x2, 365x1, 405x5

    Did all my warm ups banded. Finally got 405 for 5! So excited.
