hmm just squatted like 220 kgs for a single, felt good, first usapl meet is tomorrow, umm, I've been really stupid lately, and I like it. I've been doing a hlm texas method setup, but I eliminated deadlifts for a while to work on squats, and presses, it's great. oh boy can't wait to smash hard.

squat 474x5x3 I'm using 3x8 on a different day i just like tracking my 3x5. just in case anybody thinks im doing LP i'm not.
Bench 308x1 I'm working on getting some real pr's but I've been doing a lot of hypertrophy block type stuff. has it worked? no not at all, maybe once i peak idk
Deadlift Lots of variation, haven't deadlifted a set of 5 or 1 rep max for a long time, lots of work though, goodmornings, stifflegs and Paused deadlifts
What are my new goals? I want the starting strength cert and I need to get a move on. Lifting goals, I want to bench 350 this year. I want to squat 507x5x3 and I need to start deadlifting 700 lbs. I make it sound easy, I've barely pulled 600, only once or twice in the gym a year ago. haven't really pushed it since then. I don't know why i don't push it, maybe it's because its alway been there when i need it to be there. Honestly if i squat 600 I'm sure i could deadlift 600, but that doesn't mean i shouldn't push it still.
