Need to stay on midfoot for squats. Must explode hips for press and keep elbows forward.

I was 1. Not totally recovered from the flu 2. feeling the delayed effects of competition 3. overtrained and undernourished.

Interim Period
I went on spring break and didn't train at all. I ate and slept a lot. I also got to do some Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, and that was a lot of fun.
