This light day felt very easy. I did not have joint pain this time around. I widened my grip on squats and it is putting less pressure on my elbows. Re-racking the weights is scary because my hands overlap the j-cups now, but I'd rather mess up a bit on re-racking and have a bruised finger than have elbow pain.

Nothing else interesting to report. Enjoying the program. Eating and sleeping well.

I was a little afraid of the squats because I'm getting close to my old 5 rep PR of 340lbs. But I felt really solid going down into these squats and there was very little trouble.

Was also able to take down the 215 double on my bench pretty easily too. Very stoked about that.

Will be moving to a lighter assistance band on chin ups now that I can do 6x3.

Been eating and sleeping a lot.

Pretty standard session. I felt kind of unmotivated when I started but the warmups woke me up. Nothing felt very difficult. Moving on up the ladder. I was slightly less disciplined about sleep and food over the weekend, but not too bad. I'm back on the discipline train again though.

Felt kind of ill when I woke up today, so I just did the meat and potatoes of the session and skipped the chin ups accessory. I do them double every week anyway.

The lifts themselves felt easy though. Sleep and food have been great.

Sounds like you`re moving right along. Are you doing fives on intensity day or doubles?

1 set of 5 on intensity day for squats. I might change this later and do triples.

I'm doing a 6 week cycle for press and bench. I do singles the 1st 2 weeks, doubles the 2nd 2 weeks, and triples the 3rd 2 weeks, then up the weight 10lbs and start over at singles.

No deadlift stuff on intensity day currently.

Thats a cool scheme. I think my presses are almost stuck - might need to borrow that for those lifts.

My deadlift is moving up so i do it on intensity day - good for motivation. still on LP for the squat.

Had a good intensity day. Got everything done solidly. The static core hold accessory seems to really be adding solid power to my squats. It doesn't seem like much to do 2 30-second holds but I really notice an increase in stability. I think core was a bottleneck for me. If anyone is reading this and thinking the weight feels too heavy to control easily, do static core work.

Sleep and food have been really good.

Another successful volume day. I wasn't feeling physically great today but it didn't seem to affect my session much. Squats felt moderately hard but the rest felt very easy. I was surprised at how easy the bench was, even on the last set. Food and rest have been very good.

    Chin ups (assisted): 2x4, 1x3

Felt very strong on squats, they moved very easily. Press felt like my triceps were a little fatigued from Monday but they moved well. Had a weird pain in my wrist during chin ups but nothing crazy.

Food and sleep have been great.
