I've been having some belt issues with the deadlift and ordered a 3 inch belt today so hopefully that helps out.

Had a bit of a crazy week. Wife gave birth to our first child on Monday 8/6, a healthy baby boy. Subsequently, a very bad week in terms of sleeping and eating. Going to ramp back up to resume GGW. Depending on how I feel after this week I may backtrack a few weeks on the program. Today felt good with a reduced load and I suspect it will continue to improve as my food intake improves.

Feeling good after a light week and planning to jump back in to GGW at week 8 on Sunday
Got a 3 inch deadlift belt and tested it out today. Seems like that is going to be a good purchase.
