    Biceps/triceps with EZ bar

    I watched the video of how to properly perform the RDL and I was definitely doing these incorrectly. Dropped the weight significantly and focused on the form. Big difference.

    Did the rows a little different today, I read Andy describe "bodybuilding style" rows where you hold your back at about 45 deg and don't put the bar down between reps.

    Was home all day with my sick 6 month old son today. Squats and presses felt harder than they should have. I adjusted my form on deadlifts and they felt surprisingly easy.
