    Tempo squats for sets of 8 are officially the worst movement I've experienced. I had the genius idea of playing a 1 second metronome during the set to ensure proper timing. It made me lose track of the reps so I did two more reps, racked the weight, and threw the metronome in the trash when I got done dry heaving. It was a bad day.
    Yes sir. More about just getting reasonably close to the timing then being exact.

    Rough day, every squat felt about 50 lbs heavier than it actually was. I have a bunch of little reasons that might explain why, but I'm not going to catastrophise them. Tomorrow will be better!
