The cutting is well underway. Protein is being kept constant, while carbs and fats are slowly stripped away with the majority of carbs being around workouts. Quest Bars and Coke Zero have kept the suffering to minimal levels. So far, I've lost about 8 pounds in 5 weeks or so. While lifting I feel like I have less pop, but all of the actual numbers are only about 5-10 lbs less than my previous PR's when I weighed about 226-228. It's mostly just psychological/transient I'm sure.
